Abstract:
2020 Vision is a process initiated by the Environment Agency to help create a vision of the kind of environment and sustainable future to which society aspires. The 2020 Vision Seminars are a collaborative venture between TNS (The Natural Step) and the Environment Agency. This report on PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is the second 2020 Vision report (the first tackled GMOs). It explores the place of PVC in a future sustainable world and summarises the key issues and implications arising from the research and consensus-building processes.
