Abstract:
The aim of this document is to introduce and describe the licensed Waste Management Site Inspection Methodology. It is required to give operational effect to the requirements of Waste Management Licence Conditions, Section 33 of The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and of the Operator and Pollution Risk Appraisal (OPRA) Scheme. It should be read in conjunction with the relevant "OPRA for Waste" document. Environmental risk assessment in the preparation of licences is covered by the Library of Licence Conditions and Working Plan specification.
