Abstract:
This report summarises the work that has been carried out since the first Interim Progress Report of June 1992. The first report described the work that had taken place since the beginning of the project, including meetings and discussions, a literature review, and the collection of information to prepare for the field programme. This included questionnaires sent out to 6 NRA regions, and the replies that had been received. This report describes the progress that has been made since June 1992 and outlines the work plan for the next phase of the project.
