Abstract:
This Action Plan for the Seaton, Looe and Fowey Catchment is the first in a set of six plans covering the National Rivers Authority's Cornwall Area. The plans embody the National Rivers Authority's commitment to realising improvements to the water environment of Cornwall and West Devon. The rivers in this catchment are high quality and contribute greatly to the value of the environment through which they flow. However there are pressures arising from people's use of the catchment, raising issues which are addressed in this plan.
