Abstract:
This is the NRA's 6th Corporate Plan. It sets out the NRA future priorities and spending plans up to the creation of the Environment Agency and its likely vesting on 1st April 1996. The information contained within this Plan for 1996/97 and later years will also form part of the basis of the EAAC preliminary 1996/97 Corporate Plan and 1995 PES submission for the Environment Agency. This plan assumes that any future overall increases in abstraction and discharge charges, which are based on full cost recovery, are only at a level at, or below, the going rate of inflation. This will help the overall UK economy.
