This document sets out the National Rivers Authoritys strategy for navigation. It forms part of a series of published documents, covering all the N RA s main functions. The documents are intended to make the NRAs approach to the integrated management of the water environment plain to all interested parties, whether their interest is private or professional. This is in recognition of the stake that individuals have in the environment, both as taxpayers and water users.
