Rates

FBA membership subscription rates are as follows:

  Individual membership - £41.00; add an online subscription to the FBA's Freshwater Reviews journal for £62.00 

  Student Membership* - £20.00; add an online subscription to the FBA's Freshwater Reviews journal for £41.00 

  Corporate membership - £330 including online access to the FBA's Freshwater Reviews journal (additional site licences for Freshwater Reviews available on request)

*Student Membership is offered to all undergraduate and post-graduate students until the end of their studies or up to a maximum of seven years (whichever is sooner)

(Note: UK members may claim the payment of Annual Subscriptions to the Association as an Inland Revenue "List 3" allowable expense, if membership is regarded as relevant to the source of their taxable income)

Renewal Information

You can renew and manage your membership account online or send your renewal payment to the address below, quoting your Membership Number. If you are unsure about your current method of payment, please contact us.

Payment may be made by either:

Direct debit: Make your life easier and save the FBA money by renewing with direct debit. You can cancel at any time.

Cheque: (£ Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'The Freshwater Biological Association').

Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard: (quoting the Card No., Expiry Date, Three digit security code (can be found on the reverse of the card), Cardholder's name and address.

Add Gift Aid to your subscription and for every pound you give us, we will get an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs towards our work to support fresh water.
