Abstract:
This document sets out the framework that will be followed to provide the structure of a Catchment Abstraction Management Strategy (CAMS), produced following consultation. The aim of each section is detailed at the beginning followed by explanations and text similar to that which will be seen in an actual CAMS. The examples in this document are to give an indication of the type of information that will be contained in each section and should not be taken as being factually correct. References to the Consultation document are presented in shaded boxes. At the end of this framework document, in Appendix A, a brief summary of the type of information that will be given in the Technical Document, produced with each CAMS, is provided. A glossary is provided in the Consultation document.
