Abstract:
This is the Anglian region Central Area 1998/99 business plan report from the Environment Agency published on April 1998. The Area Management Team used this Plan as the principle means of directing and prioritising the work of the Area. It is a vital link in the chain between national strategy and our day-to-day operations. These priorities and targets are summarised in the Management Action Plans (MAPs), which are direct links to personal objectives. This plan identifies different approaches of the Business Planning: Corporate strategy, environmental strategy, functional action plans, corporate plan, regional and area business plans and local environment agency plans.
