Abstract:
The Objectives of the Project were to implement the recommendations of the Business Review of Library and Information Services agreed by the NRA Board in September 1995. These comprised some short-term actions in advance of the Environment Agency, in order to establish a sound base on which to develop services for the Agency. This was carried out in parallel with planning work for future services for the Agency. A Project Board was established comprising a Project Executive, Project Manager and user and provider representatives from Regions. In addition, Market Testing was represented on the Project Board.
