Abstract:
This research and development note summarizes the results of Research and Development Project Assessment of Low Flow Conditions which has as its objective the development of a standard method for the assessment of low flow conditions, generally arising from over abstraction. The full scope, history and background to the study are set out in the Final Project report dated December 1991, but this is not necessary for the application method. The following chapters are extracted from the full report, and explain the method in more detail.
